Cast a line with Adirondack TrOutfitters at The Wild Center’s Adirondack Water Week Fly Fishing Workshop. With equipment provided, participants of all ages and experience levels can learn the basics of fly fishing, and test their skills with guests Ryan Baker and Jon Herman of Adirondack TrOutfitters guide service. Drop in any time between 11am and 3pm outside by Greenleaf Pond and the Animal Viewing Area.
Fly fishing is a well established Adirondack tradition that blends art, science, and recreation; fostering a special relationship with water. Through demos, hands on practice, and mentorship from seasoned guides, you’ll be hooked on fishing in no time.
